Teaching Schedule

Please email, text, or call me in order to make a new lesson reservation or when scheduling make-up lessons. ORU students email me your full class schedules so I can set up the studio lesson times asap please. I will then post your lesson times on my studio door which is Room 222 in the Media Arts Center.

Fall teaching schedule is set in August.
Spring teaching schedule is set in December.
Summer teaching schedule is set in May.

No private lessons on the following holidays:

MLK Day (Jan.)
President’s Day (Feb.)
Spring Break (March- lessons are canceled for 1 week)
Good Friday (the Friday before Easter Sunday)
Memorial Day (May)

Independence Day (July 4th)
Summer Vacation (up to 2 weeks during the summe)
Labor Day (September)
Fall Break (exact dates TBA-in October)
Thanksgiving Break (Lessons are canceled the entire week)
Christmas Break (2 weeks) Dec. into Jan. (exact dates TBA)

ORU students will adhere to the university's school
calendar for special events & school holidays. If school is
cancelled, we will not have lessons that day. Please contact me asap to set up your make-up lesson. If I have to cancel your lesson due to illness or an unforseen event, I will make-up the lesson to you. If YOU miss a lesson, please text, or call me in advance to let me know you can't make the lesson. I am driving to you for your lessons, so please give me plenty of advanced notice if you are not going to be your lesson appointment. I will only make up the lesson if you give me advanced notice about your absence, and you provide an Administrative Excuse to allow for a make-up lesson to be offered. It is the student's responsibillity to let me know of campus event conflicts when they take place during your lesson time. Thank-you!
