Makeup Lessons

Please TEXT me if you are going to be late, or have to miss a lesson.

Private Students/Make-up lessons: may be offered if I need to cancel a student’s regularly scheduled lesson due to my rehearsal schedule, illness, or another unforeseen circumstance. No make-up lessons are offered to students unless I’ve been given 24 hours notice of your absence (this includes sick days). Students may swap lesson times with another student of mine during the week of a missed lesson as long as I am made aware of the exchange before the missed lesson day. However, I will not be responsible for making those exchanges. You must reach out to the other students parent and then both confirm with me by a text message to me from both students (or parents) of the agreed upon exchange. All lesson time exchanges must be approved by Christy Foster and scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time and location, provided that required lesson fees have been paid in full by both students wishing to make an exchange.

ORU STUDENTS: Must provide your instructor with an Academic Excuse Form if you are absent. You may also show a doctors note if you are sick and not able to attend class that day. All make-up lessons will be re-scheduled as soon as possible if proper notification was given and approved by your professor.
